Losing weight

I wanted to share with people that I am losing weight. I have lost over 30lbs so far and am on my way to my goal of 175lbs. I think it is really time for me to get serious and do this. I have been overweight too long and there are so many things that I want to do but can't do to my weight. So I hope to post here and let you know my progress and what I am doing to lose weight. I did start weight watcher a few months ago but only went for a month due to financial issues. I do hope to got back. The best thing about weight watchers is that it holds you accountable. Yes you can lose weight on your own but i think knowing that you have to go in each week and get weighed and some else sees whether you are losing or not really makes you want to keep on track. Plus they give you really good advice and seeing and hearing about what works for other people is really helpful. So wish me luck.
